Rugby also employs local workers to assist in rehabilitation and reforestation programs which not only benefits the project area, but it provides additional horticultural skills to the local community.

Prior to conducting exploration activities, Rugby engages specialist environmental consultants to conduct investigations at our projects to collect primary environmental information and base-line studies.
